SUBMITTING PROPOSALS
Grantseekers will be notified in writing within approximately two weeks of the appropriate deadline of the Foundation's decision to request a full proposal or decline the Letter of Inquiry.
Full proposals are accepted only at the request of the Foundation.
Full proposals are accepted according to the following schedule:

| Social Service (for 2009 support)
| November 3, 2008 |
| Arts, Culture & Humanities | February 1, 2009 |
Proposals should be sent by US Mail and are due in the Foundation office by the deadline date.
Proposals should include the following information:
- Background and mission of the organization.
- Dollar amount requested and detailed description
of how the grant will be used.
- Two recent annual financial statements of the organization, audited if possible.
- The most recent annual report.
- A list of current officers and trustees of the organization.
- A copy of the organization's letter from the
Internal Revenue Service indicating tax-exempt status.
- Information pertaining to other organizations
providing substantial funding.
Grantseekers will be notified in writing of the Foundation's funding decision within one month of the proposal submission deadline.
